Q: I am submitting my purchase with a valid credit card but your system will not accept it, what should I do?

I’m sorry our system is giving you trouble; here are the most common reasons your card may not be accepted:

We are unable to accept payments from American Express at this time. If you are attempting to make your purchase with an American Express card, please resubmit your purchase with an alternate major credit card with a Visa or MasterCard logo.

Missing CVV code- Your CVV code is required to complete your purchase. Your CVV code is the 3-digit number on the back of your card, located above the signature line. Please ensure you have applied this number with your purchase.

Expiration Date- Please review the expiration date on your card. If your card contains two sets of dates, please input the second set of numbers using the two-digit month and two-digit year to complete your purchase.
